Villa San Giuseppe was born in early 900 as an elegant town house set in a majestic park of 8000 square meters. Since 1948 belongs to the Diocese of Lugano, Switzerland, with the purpose of using it as a vacation spot of the diocesan clergy , later also for the families of the diocese.
Today it is open to all.

The property is designed to accommodate small dogs, cats and other small animals. The hotel will provide guests,upon request, with bowls for food and water.
