Residence Orchidea is a 750 metre walk from the beach and close to the shops, it is situated in a tranquil, sunny and green, panoramic zone, surrounded by palm trees and olives trees.
You can enjoy well-equipped apartments with a communal pool & children's pool, an outdoor parking place, with the cosy Pietra Ligure just 950 metres away.
Residence Orchidea has a spacious patio closed to the pool and it is the ideal location for relaxing holiday.
The beach and the town can be reached on foot within a 15 minute stroll or less.
Facilities: two swimming pools, one of which for children, sun umbrellas, sun-beds, and deck chairs, fitness area with gym, two lifts, bar, Wi-fi, lounge, TV room, reading room with a library, table-tennis, playground for children, laundry and ironing facilities. Spacious, furnished terrace. Unattended private outdoor car-park and garage. A private mini-bus service from the beach and the town center is available at fixed times from Monday to Friday. Bikes are available. Entertainment from July to August for adults and kids will make your holiday even more enjoyable. The receptionists are able to advise and organize alternative pastimes to beach-life with easy and interesting itineraries (snorkeling, whale watching, trekking, etc). MTB guided tour is available on request.

The price includes: laundry with a weekly change, electricity, water, gas, 2 swimming pools from 23 May (open from 9.00am to 12.30pm and from 3.00pm to 7.00pm), unattended private parking (one car per apartment), V.A.T., safe, TV Sat.
Extra at the arrival: € 30 cleaning charges, local tourist tax, a deposit of € 150 (to give back after the final check) on arrival, and eventually central heating, wi-fi.
Supplements on requests: Bed for kids: € 20 per week. Garage: € 50 per week. You can rent a city bike for daily usage and ride along the town.
Baby chair and baby bath on request till availability.
Arrival: on Saturday from 3 pm to 7 pm. Departure: on Saturday from 8 to 9 am. Departure from 10pm to 8am are not allowed.

Children are considered adults with regards to beds. Guests must keep their apartment clean and leave it in the same state they found it and must pay for any eventual damage.
Pets are not allowed.
For our guests who love aquatic sports, the hotel provides:
- a locked room to store their sports equipment, such as surf boards. No boat storage is available
- an outdoor washing area
It also provides all guests who have booked through the portal Liforyou.it, information relating to services and specific courses that will be provided directly by trusted operators, who cooperate with the hotel.
