The Residence is situated on the promenade of Diano Marina, in a charming and beautiful villa.
Opposite the residence you’ll find beautiful sandy beaches and in our garden, rich of blooming flowers, you can sit in the sun and enjoy the mild climate till late in the evening.
The great marble staircase takes you to the reception hall and the lounge facing the sea with comfortable armchairs, games, books and magazines.
From the lounge you can reach the sitting-room with television, books and games.
All 4 floors can be reached with a silent automatic lift.
Each flat has direct connection to the main gate through an intercom, they all have reinforced double glass windows. The balconies are furnished with deckchairs, small tables and sunbeds.
All the flats have individual temperature control, air conditioning, phone with a private number that also permits you to call other flats or the reception.
Both bedrooms and livingrooms have comfortable double– or single beds with sheets and linen, 1 or 2 satellite TV, room digital safe and highchairs and cradles for babies if required.
The kitchenettes are provided with microwave oven, electrical plates, fridge and excellent kitchenware. The bathrooms have shower or bathtub, hairdryer and are completed with every plumbing condition.
Sheets, towels and table linen are provided by us and are changed every 7 days.

The property is designed to accommodate small dogs, cats and other small animals. The hotel will provide guests,upon request, with bowls for food and water.
When booking through the portal Liforyou.it, our guests will receive informative material relating to pet concerns. This includes: a contact for veterinary care, grooming service, dog sitter, agility fields and directions to beaches, parks and gardens dedicated to our little friends.
In the hotel and/or outside, there is always space available for children to play. During various times of the year there is also organised children's activities and entertainment.
Upon request, we also provide: baby cots, baby baths, high chairs, side protection for children's beds and bikes with child seats.
