The farm was building in an old farmhouse in stone completely renovated . The farm has a fantastic seaviews and it's only 3 km from the sea.
The farm "Casale Filiberto" is located approximately 1.5 km from Diano Marina, just a few kilometers from Alassio and Sanremo and only 40 minutes drive from Monte Carlo or Genoa.
The farm has two apartments with two bedrooms (4/6 beds) in the main structure and a Depandance with a one bedroom (sleeps 2/4) located 200 meters fromDiano San Pietro's village that is 2.5 km from the sea and it'is located 3.5 km from the main building.
