L'Hotel è in posizione unica e peculiare: sulla spiaggia, all'inizio della passeggiata a mare, alla partenza delle vie e dei sentieri del Parco del Monte di Portofino, all'imbarco dei Battelli per S. Fruttuoso. E' inoltre vicino ai parcheggi pubblici e alla stazione ferroviaria e dei bus.
